Marketing & Media Assistant - Broward (Part-Time)


The Marketing & Media Assistant will help the Social Media & Marketing Manager facilitate all communications requests, as well as fulfill marketing needs. This includes, but is not limited to, create content and managing social media channels, updating org. website, ordering print and promo materials, manage requests from all offices statewide, maintaining brand excellence. Skills required: copy writing, knowledge of Microsoft office, Hootsuite & other social media platforms, basic knowledge of WordPress, experience with Adobe suite is plus.

Social Services Case Manager - Miami
The Social Services Case Manager provides a range of intensive and individualized customer-centered case management services requiring advanced knowledge in a field of science or learning acquired through a prolonged course of specialized intellectual instruction and training. The Case Manager regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment to assess the needs of active client cases in their assigned territories and decide upon a course of action to be followed and to coordinate, organize, and address the needs for social services including making a determination of how best to fill any existing gap in providing such services. The Case Manager educates customers and their families about proper epilepsy care; counsels them concerning appropriate actions to be taken; and guides and puts them in contact with available resources and identifies and assists them in obtaining appropriate social services within the context of applicable policies and procedures. The Case Manager prepares all required reports, documentation, and plans for service.

Development Associate - West Palm Beach

Development Associate

The Developement Associate will be providing health-related education within the community. He/she will be an integral part of a statewide team. He/she must have a minimum of an Associate’s Degree, although a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Experience in:

  • community education,
  • development,
  • health education,
  • public speaking and/or advocacy is a plus.


Must have reliable transportation. Must be able to work independently and be available for some nights and weekends. He/she will be responsible for doing outreach, in-person trainings, awareness activities and data entry. Will be working with a wide variety of families and professionals. He/she will also be recruiting volunteers, potential community partners and donors. Salary commensurate with experience.
